This 6 month program has changed my life in a way I never thought possible. Not only has it positively impacted every relationship in my life, it's changed my relationship with myself. It has completely altered the way I perceive interactions / situations / altercations, and almost provided a birds eye view to the world. I wish this course was taught in every middle school across the country! Everyone deserves the ability to understand other people's actions, where they may stem from and the honor of giving empathy to themselves and others!
