A Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication since 2016, Sandra has practiced and shared NVC since 2004, trained with Marshall Rosenberg, and leads Rose City NVC. She has taught inside Oregon State Penitentiary, Columbia River, Coffee Creek, and the Reentry Transition Center, and has led the Oregon Prison Project since 2017.

Dana’s 25+ years as an X‑ray technician and medical assistant—supporting patients in vulnerable moments and non-judgmental listening—are a natural fit for OPP’s Nonviolent Communication circles.
